Ease (Capitol Hill Yoga)
This class is perfect for students who wish to ease into a yoga practice. Ease is suitable for (1) any level student wishing to release tension, (2) beginners, and (3) students with special conditions or injuries. This class opens with gentle, mindful yoga postures and breathing techniques and moves into receptive restorative postures. Ease classes typically involve the use of props to allow us to release, relax, and gently bring ourselves into alignment with our true nature. Tara’s Friday Ease class includes mostly restorative postures.
