Course Description

There’s a saying that the hips govern all of our movements AND our emotions. They give us insight into where we might be feeling stuck physically and energetically. In this 3-week series, we will take a gentle, supported approach listening to the truth of the body by way of the hips. These practices will be mostly done in seated and reclining positions, with exercises and yoga poses that stretch and strengthen your glutes and outer hips, quads, inner thighs, and hip flexors. All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. This series is available via live-stream and by recording to all participants.
