I learned more than I expected to - not only about the practice of yoga, its roots and principles - but also new ways (to me) of being in my life.... Yoga Teacher Training not only prepared me to lead others in the practice of yoga, but it also opened my mind to new ways of seeing - and my heart to new ways of experiencing - virtually everything else in my life.

Participating in Yoga Teacher Training was one of the most incredible experiences. Tara expertly shared her wisdom and as a result, my knowledge and appreciation of this ancient practice has deepened exponentially. The community of yogis we created will remain with me forever.
