Class Descriptions

Mondays 7:30-8:30 AM & 10-11 AM

YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FORM

Beginner-friendly foundational concepts and postures. Lots of drills and preparatory exercises. More form than flow. Also perfect for folks with yoga experience who want to explore specific alignment and actions in a slow, maximally accessible way.

Mondays 6:15-7:15 PM

STRENGTH + FLOW

30 minutes of strength training with bodyweight, dumbbells and resistance bands plus 30 minutes of yoga. Perfect for all levels.

Tuesday 7-8:15 PM

TUESDAY TENSION TAMER

Low key gentle movement, Restorative Yoga postures, and seated meditation to help you wind down and tame tension.

Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 AM & 6-7 PM

YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FORM + FLOW

Foundational concepts expand and form meets flow in this yoga class. Drills and preparatory exercises lead to more complicated variations of poses and practices in a more challenging but still doable all-levels practice. 

Thursdays 10-11 AM

YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FLOW

Philosophical concepts are woven into a moderately-placed yoga class that is more flow than form in a more challenging but still doable all-levels practice.

Thursday 4:15-5:30 PM

YIN YOGA

Long-held passive postures to tend to your joints and connective tissue.

4th Thursday of the month 7-8:15 PM

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Rest deeply in fully supported postures to downregulate your body systems. Often includes with a few minutes of gentle movements and guided meditation.

Saturdays 9-10 AM

YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FLOW

Philosophical concepts are woven into a moderately-placed yoga class that is more flow than form in a more challenging but still doable all-levels practice.

Sundays 9-10 AM

PILATES

Low impact mat Pilates for mindfulness in strength building movements, rehabilitation with light weights and bands, breath control, and core connection. 

FREE! First Sunday of the month 11:30 AM-12:15 PM

SUNDAY SANCTUARY

A serene blend of yoga asana, meditation, and restorative practices designed to bring balance, relaxation, and inner peace to your mind, body, and spirit. 

Monthly Sundays 3:30-5 PM

IREST YOGA NIDRA

Deeply restful guided meditative self-inquiry using breath awareness, body scanning and imagery practiced in a supportive reclining posiiton.
