Course Description

As Shakira and Wyclef Jean famously and wisely said: "My hips don't lie." Early 2000's pop song lyrics aside, the sensations in your hips can give you insight into feelings of being stuck physically or energetically. In this 3-week series, you will listen to and transform the crankiness of your body into ease with somatic lessons, drills to stretch and strengthen your glutes and outer hips, quads, inner thighs, and hip flexors, plus seated and reclining yoga postures. All levels welcome. This is a great way to start or re-start your yoga practice. Recordings are available for four months.
