In Sanskrit, the word shruti means “that which is heard” and is often used to describe authoritative sacred texts. In yoga practice, we speak about shruti as a means to listen deeply to the sounds of one’s soul. We often use this concept to guide us as we move in poses and meditate. It can be equally helpful and powerful to process through what our souls are calling us to do while in community and with a supportive guide in group coaching sessions.

Join Tara Lemerise and Melody Klemin for a nourishing 4-day, 3-night retreat to uncover how to move toward greater alignment with your soul’s calling.

Group coaching sessions with Melody include creative reflections and visualizations, as well as guided Soul Collage activities. Melody’s training as a Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach and her steady presence help you tune in to the voice of your inner self as she reflects back what you share in an empowering way. The group's collective wisdom in guided discussions offers you new perspectives and a reassurance that you aren’t alone in your journey.

The morning yoga practices with Tara are sequenced with accessible, sustainable movements so you feel more at home in your body. The afternoon Restorative Yoga practices provide space for your body and mind to rest fully as you integrate your day’s experiences.

This transformative retreat is designed to help you shift what needs to be shifted so you can move through life making more soul-honoring choices. You’ll leave feeling nourished and empowered to share more of your luminous self in the world with confidence and joy.
