As we emerge from the cold and dark of winter, feeling the motivation and hope of the spring season, it's more important than ever to remember the power of rest. This retreat is a time for you recharge for whatever growth and change is still ahead.
The main focus of the weekend is Restorative Yoga. In addition, you have options for more active all levels Hatha Yoga, hiking or leisurely walking, massage, quiet time, reading, napping, knitting, drawing, socializing with good company... whatever you need most!
You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you like. Activities are suitable for students of all levels and abilities. Above all, no yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Location & Accommodations
Blue Mountain Retreat Center is a homelike eco-friendly retreat center situated in a small rural community in the hills near Harper’s Ferry, just 65 miles away from DC.
The 9 bedrooms in the retreat center rooms have access to the center's three bathrooms. Rooms have one to four twin-size European-style platform beds and high quality mattresses. The large shared common rooms have large dining tables and cozy nooks to curl up with a book or some knitting between the yoga sessions.
Retreat center owner Beth Ehrhardt prepared delicious organic vegan, gluten-free meals. Cheese, yogurt, milk, and fresh eggs are available.

4-6:30 pm arrival and check in

8–9:30 pm Restorative Yoga
SATURDAY
Note: breakfast is self-serve; available at any time
8–9 am all levels Hatha Yoga
10:30 am–12 pm Restorative Yoga
12:30 pm lunch and free time
5–6:30 pm Restorative Yoga
6:30 pm dinner and free time
SUNDAY

10:30 am–12 pm Restorative Yoga
12:30 pm lunch and departure for Friday to Sunday registrants
Massage appointments and one-on-one private lessons are available throughout the retreat.
Cost
Cost for Friday to Sunday includes Friday and Saturday nights stay, 6 meals, and all yoga sessions.

Private Room – $597 per person
Massage – $99 per hour
Private lesson with Tara – $99 per hour
