Online Yoga Nidra & iRest

Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice, a gentle form of self-inquiry, where you enter receptive states of deep relaxation using breath awareness, body scanning, and imagery.


This practice has been shown to effectively reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, chemical dependency, and PTSD. It also boosts immunity, resilience and overall well-being by helping to relieve stress. 

You will need the following props:

  • Several blankets to cover and support your body

  • A light eye covering such as a washcloth

  • Your journal (optional)
