Course Description

There’s a saying that the hips govern all of our movements AND our emotions. If you feel tight and stiff physically or emotionally, this is the course for you. In this 4-week series, we will take a gentle, supported approach listening to the truth of the body by way of the hips. These practices will be mostly done in seated and reclining positions, with exercises and yoga poses that stretch and strengthen your hamstrings, glutes and outer hips, quads, inner thighs, and hip flexors. All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Attend the live-stream on Mondays at 7 PM ET and/or take the replays on-demand. Recordings will be available until November 6.
