Course Description

Stress and tension seem to be an inevitability of modern life. As a result, relaxing deeply takes practice. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, can give us the practice at relaxing physically and mentally that we need. In this workshop, the teacher will start by offering gentle movement to help prepare your body for rest. Then she'll talk you through making your body comfortable in a supported resting position. The bulk of the workshop is a guided meditation designed to help you release and relax deeply through all of the layers of your being. No prior experience with yoga or yoga nidra is required. All levels of experience, perspective, stress, and tension are welcome! This workshop is included in your membership plan or you can pay the drop-in fee.
