Course Description

Low back pain is one of the most commonly reported body discomforts. If you have an achy low back or you are trying to keep low back pain at bay, this series is for you! Over the course of 3-weeks, we'll explore gentle dynamic movements, drills, exercises, and yoga postures for your legs and hips designed to help you love up your low back. Each class will end with a sweet supportive resting pose to allow for greater integration of the practice. Register to attend the Sunday evening live-streams and/or practice with the recordings, which will be available for 6 months.
