Course Description

Having "good" balance isn’t once and done. It's a continual process of the practice of being in balance. This series allows you to explore ways to feel more steady in your body and mind. Work with your feet, ankles, and postural habits, as you learn about the vestibular, proprioceptive, and visual systems. Classes include yoga poses, strengthening drills, breath awareness and visualizations, plus fun and creative ways to explore the edge of your ability to be in balance. Registrants can join the live-stream on Mondays at 7 PM ET and/or take the replays on-demand. Recordings will be available for at least one month.
