Course Description

Have you been interested in yoga but not sure where to start? Or are you looking to come back to yoga after some time away? This 3-week class will introduce - or reintroduce! - you to the fundamentals of yoga principles, poses, and practices and give you a solid foundation for any future yoga exploration. All bodies are welcome, no yoga or athletic experience required. This series will be recorded and available on-demand to all registrants for at least one month after the last class.
