Course Description
Slouching seems to be a way of life. Our upper body curls forward when we are on our computers, looking at our phones, eating our food, driving our car, and riding our bikes, just to name a few. It's no wonder so many of us experience pain in our neck and shoulders! Unfortunately, the solution isn't quite as simple as just standing or sitting up straight. Armed - pun totally intended! - with more awareness, strength, and mobility, we can un-hunch to more ease in our upper back and shoulders. All levels welcome. No yoga experience required. Register to attend the Wednesday evening live-streams and/or practice with the recordings, which will be available for 6 months.
