Join Tuesday Irby for Sankalpa Saturdays! This four part yoga series combines gentle movement, Restorative yoga, meditation and journaling to help you connect deeply with yourself, set a sankalpa (a heartfelt intention for yourself), and create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals that will help you stay focused on continuing to make changes that move you ever closer to becoming your best self. Whether you are looking to set or reset your sankalpa and goals for your best self, Sankalpa Saturdays offers a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a safe, nurturing and peaceful retreat. Reconnect with your inner self, set clear goals, and craft a guiding intention to help you to continue becoming your best you. All levels of practitioners are welcome! Recordings will be available to registrants for at least one month.
