In each the these 3 hour-long live-streamed classes, you'll be introduced to a different meditation technique each week We'll practice the technique together and then have time for Q&A. You'll receive access to short recorded practices (5-20 minutes each) to guide your home meditation practice throughout the week between the live-streaming sessions. This entire series - including the live-streamed sessions - will be recorded and available on-demand for all registrants.
