Course Description

Low back pain is one of the most commonly reported body discomforts. If you have an achy low back, this series is for you! We'll explore gentle dynamic movements, drills, exercises, and yoga postures for your legs and hips, all designed to release tension in your low back. Each class will end with a sweet supported backbend. Registrants can join the live-stream on Tuesdays and/or take the replays on-demand. Recordings will be available for at least one month after the series begins. Please create a username and password when you register in order to access the recordings.
