Course Description

Yoga postures are particularly good at stretching the backs of your legs, which can help relieve low back and hip discomfort. However, strengthening your hamstrings is also important, contributing to better knee stability, among other benefits. But how do you know which would benefit you most? In this series, you will work at the intersection of kinesiology and yoga philosophy to help you assess what your hamstrings need. You’ll learn exercises and drills plus yoga postures that will leave you feeling great. Registrants can join the live-stream on Mondays at 7 PM ET and/or take the replays on-demand. Recordings will be available until October 3. Please create a username and password when you register in order to access the recordings.
