Course Description

Our feet are remarkable structures and ones we often take for granted until our feet give us trouble. This online workshop is great for anyone who struggles with bunions, fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, swelling, or just general foot aches and pains. The practice will include massage techniques, strengthening and mobilizing drills for your toes and arches, plus standing yoga postures to help become more aware of the way you use your feet for support. We’ll end with a sweet legs up Restorative Yoga inversion. For this class you will need a tennis ball, a yoga block or large book, a blanket or large towel, and access to a wall or closed door.
